InterAm 2017 Hotel Info

The hotel has been chosen! After a long(!) and hard(!) search, the InterAm Committee found us an amazing venue and hotel. It’s the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort and it is hash-tastic. We are the first group to ever book the entire resort.  Ever. Besides the water park, 7 pools, mini golf, lazy river, water slide, waterfall and a swim up bar, the actual suites are great as well. There are 411 suites, a handful of ambassador suites and 78 casitas that can hold SO MANY HASHERS!! And they’re all reserved for us! The only people at the resort will be registered InterAm 2017 hashers and hotel staff.

Rooms will be available to reserve on 10-21-2016. You will be charged for the first night when you make your reservation (refundable through (Sep-7-2017). You must reserve Friday, Saturday and Sunday together. Start putting your roommate list together now so you’ll be ready for October!

This hotel will be your central location for all things InterAm 2017!  It has venue space big enough for all the half-minds, will be the start location for all hashes for the weekend, and will include plenty of drinking, dining and partying for all. Since a good part of the food is covered with your rego, you may never have to leave (never leave camp!)….except for trail.

Hotel Questions

FIRST AND FOREMOST….be kind to the hotel staff if you have interactions with them. We are a very large group of halfminds who are taking over their hotel and there are so many more of us than them. I assure you, they want to make our event the best possible but we need to give them some extra hash love. They’ve never had to deal with a group like us before.

If you have questions about your reservation or need to cancel your room please contact the hotel directly. The InterAm planning committee doesn’t have access to reservations.

If you did not get a room at the hash hotel there are a few in close proximity that are listed below. There are not any special hash rates at these hotels, but as of June 11th there was still availability at both. I’m sure there are others in the area that also have availability, but the Best Western is walking distance and the Tapatio is the sister property to the hash hotel.

Listen, we couldn’t find a picture of this floor plan. I just cut the queen room out of the other plan. You get the idea.

Hotel Questions

If you have a question about ANYTHING at all, please ask CUNT/FellatiNo at  interamhotel@phoenixhhh.org first before contacting the hotel.  If you contact the hotel operator or their reservation department, they are going to give you the standard song and dance and will not be aware that we are doing things a little bit differently.  The hotel has made many concessions for our group so we may not be following all the advertised house rules.  We are literally rewriting the rules as we go!

Thank you!
